Should I Change?

What I am about to say might sound like a betrayal"

Just the other day, I had a very enlightening talk from two RMIT Journalism graduates whom graced themselves in my lecture. ONe of them is Lady Melbourne, a successful fashion blogger and also part of the Melbourne Street Fashion and Amelia, another fantastic journalist which I forgot where is she working now. I feel really bad for that but I seriously forgot. But she worked for many different publications before, from Fairfax to Mx. So she's great.

So what i was going to say is that after the talk, I am considering to change my blog from Blogspot to Wordpress. I am not sure yet but the decision is almost final. What Lady Melbourne or Phoebe said was that Wordpress
allows more than reasonable features for a free domain and it's quite fantastic.

I am not sure yet but I will confirm as soon as possible. This blog will remain as it is at the moment but when my Wordpress starts, I will move over there.

I feel really bad now. I'm kind of betraying Blogger for Wordpress after a whole year of posting in Blogger. Well, all I have to say is "You have to move to greener pastures?"

Well, it's not final yet but I think it's like a 90% chance of me moving. What do you think? Though I am not sure there's anyone who would be replying to this.

Anyway check out these places:

Good day gone bad!

* This is how I feel like now!*

You never know what is gonna befall on you. I conclude that there is no such thing as a good day! Seriously!

Maybe I'm being cynical here but seriously. God! I never cursed so much in facebook before! Probably gonna hang myself now. Have no mood whatsoever to read the news for in-class quiz later, so I'm here ranting my shit out!

Let me tell you about my day. Well, half a day. It's only 12 pm now. Last night slept around 1 am and woke up at 7 am without any alarm buzzing its lungs out to wake me. Fantastic! Then have a nice weather with sun and chill. My favorite.

And you know, I thought, "Hey, might be a good day today. Came to uni early and will have time to rush in some news and blog a bit on the couture piece I have yet to do."

Went to uni and have a great cup of coffee. And then shit starts to happen, maybe it's the coffee or the banana I ate last night. Stomach started rumbling and you know, you get what I mean. Not good. Got an email while in toilet, and somehow left my phone somewhere without knowing in the process from toilet to library.

When I got to the library, the internet fucking suck. Can't load shit without waiting for 10 million minutes and Mozilla kept going to "Not Responding" mode. And then when I reach for my phone, it's gone! F**K!!!!!!!!

Tried calling it but no one picked up. So i deducted and think I dropped it somewhere near toilet or on the way to the library. So yeah, there is no such thing as a good day. At least not for me today.

I never pray to god but please let me have my phone back, god!!! Or at least let me have a nicer day to follow. Feel like hanging myself. Having a migraine now but surprisingly I can still write.

Anyhow, just ranting out, so that I won't jump of the building.

Expandables? Spoiler Alert!

Editor's note: This is not in anyway fashion related.

Okay, I think everyone knows the hype of THE EXPENDABLES. No? Then you're totally missing out. It's the most action packed movie to date for this year and maybe the last. Then again, I didn't really watch anything of action genre - does Avatar count?

Well, anyway I went for the movie because my mates, Morg and Adrian were crazy over it. ONe reason. Old guys playting mercenaries. Well, I'm being harsh. To put it in a nice way, it is all the all stars group of veteran for action packed movies. We have Sylvester Stallone, Jason Statham, Jet Li, Dolph Lundgren, Terry Crew and Randy Couture as the main characters, The Expendables team.

Honestly I know only half of the men. Sylvester is who he is, duh? Do I need to say more? Jason Statham is from some movie I've seen before - no idea which. Jet Li - I'm Chinese, of course I know him. And Terry Crew, the dude from White Chicks that loves to listen to A Thousand Miles.

So yeah, and then we have the not so important characters that only appears for less than a few minutes. We have Bruce Willis and Arnold Schwarzenegger (I can't never spell the last name, copy and paste!). Arnold was on screen for what? 60 seconds? And the director made a joke with him. Watch it and you'll know.

So all in all, it's a good movie if you like action. It's what I call a muscle movie. All action and no story. Honestly with all that action and fighting, no storyline is needed.

What I am crazy about is Jason Statham. No. I am not crazy about him. It's the character. I now label him as the dude with mad skills with throwing blades and slicing people off in incredible speed and accuracy. His character, Lee Christmas, former SAS (Special Air Service for the British) was off the hook! His fighting scenes were the best. Well, there were others.
Like:
Blade stabbed in throat and twisted around until blood were squirting out like a fountain.
Crazy gun that blasts a man into half. (upper body torn from the lower due to force)
Clean slicing off the hand.
Crazy machine gun that blows the head off.

Yup, all crazy shit but it was gooood. So anyway talk later.

A Year Passed and I'm Here To Stay!

Well, the title says it all. If you didn't notice the last Sunday was the one year anniversary for my blog. I did not post then because I have no internet and I have shit loads of assignments to do. So I'm posting it now in between my classes.

Thinking back to a year ago, I never would have thought that I'd made it this far. From past experience, my blogs last 2 to 3 weeks or a month at most but now it's been a year. I think my blog evolved a lot from layout to writing style and what I wrote about. At first it was partial daily journal for myself and some runway coverage.

Somehow on the way, it changed when I came up with a fashion digest post where I post fashion news I think people should know about.

One things for sure though, my experience writing my blog, lead me to understanding more about the fashion industry, when I first start, I only know very few main stream designers but now I know more and I even dived into menswear.

I remember I wanted to write a fashion-ish blog after my first runway show for Versace in Malaysia for STYLO but I kept it off for quite a while. I loved reading the blogs of others like BryanBoy, Tavi, Toounit, and more. I also envied them for having a fashion blog and I never got myself to make one until I came to Melbourne where I realize I have to start before it's too late. So I started and here I am now.

In another year's time, I will be a fresh graduate and I hope I would land a job in a prominent fashion magazine in Australia or maybe if I'm lucky enough, an assistant job in New York. I don't care how much I get paid, I just wanna be there.

This is my ambition that I discovered 4 years ago and I love it to its very bits.

I hope whoever comes here continue to do so. Love ya all and spread the word. I know this blog is like reading other sites but I working on that. Till then, CIAO!

I Was Right?

UPDATE: Gisele wore a Antonio Berardi for the cover and she did have Dolce on in the inner of the Antonio dress. I was half right? Sorry!!!

After guessing the outfits on the September cover, I couldn't help but go to style.com and find the outfits that was worn on the cover. And I was right for most - still can't guess what Halle wore. Maybe Altuzarra or something?

So, my findings shown my guesses on Emily, Gisele and Kate were right! Emily wore a Valentino lace dress, Gisele was in Dolce and Gabbane and Kate in the military navy trench. See below!

She wore the inner lace dress of the runway look 30 (Mirtie Maas) from Valentino's F/W.

Gisele wore look 41(Frida Gustavsson) of Dolce and Gabbana's F/W 2010 inside the Antonio Berardi dress.

And Kate was in look 24 (Abbey Lee) of Burberry's F/W.
See I was right!

Fashion Video Digest and Something Else?

These are some interesting videos I came across in youtube which made me laugh. Well, kind of? The first one is by Robert Hoffman. This dude never cease to entertain me. It's a video about what does not make you a model! A special message to those out there who thinks they can be a model but never realize they can't. Be realistic!

This is another good video from a while ago. So showstudio.com made a video of Raquel Zimmermann wearing a Gareth Pugh gown and impersonating Lady Gaga. It made me smile rather than laugh. And again Raquel is the best, one of my favourite models!

And here's a behind the scenes video of Prada's F/W campaign. As you have seen in my previous post on F/W campaigns, you know this is from Steven Meisel. Another legend to be reckoned with. The jazz mode with HairSpray kind of hair. A light heart video perfect for a fashion digest.
But seriously, aside from the photos I've seen of Meisel in Vogue, I can't find much of him. Even this video does not show a slightest hint of him.

Aside from the video, here's something interesting. So I found this Alexander McQueen undies for men which look so cool. I might just get my hands on one of them if it's not 50 euros for one. Damn those are expensive. Then again, it is McQueen! He will forever be my legendary designer!
See? They just look so cool. It sold in Oki-Ni website.

Epic Fail

So a while ago, this crazy ad came on the net from Reebonz.com. A Singapore based company that sells high end branded fashion products at discounted price.

So what they came up with what a 99% luxury sale for its members. Of course I am extremely excited about it. Can't stop thinkingabout it for quite a while. Imagine this, Marc Jacobs Multi Zipper tote for 8AUD. YSL Safety Pin Tote for 3AUD. Prada Saffiano Sling Bag for 8AUD.

For fashionistas/nistos, this is an event to die for. So came the day which is today. I eagerly stood by my computer since 4pm (it starts at 6pm). As it nears the time, I clicked refresh on the webite - yup, been refreshing since 5.30pm. It couldn't log in. Nothing is loading.

Tried for the next 5 minutes and I couldn't get anything, and off to Facebook to check it. A tream of wall post on their fanpage with people saying that it does not work. The website crashed! So I tried and tried for an hour, and finally got into it. No doubt the sale was magnificent.

I came across a few items to buy but the sale allows 1 item per user. I have the Prada sling, YSL tote, Marc Jacobs zipper tote and Marc Jacobs duffel bag to choose from. The moment I clicked it took another few refreshing to load. When I got into the item's page, takes 5 minutes to add to cart. When I want to check out, it says there's no item even though I added to cart.

Fine, repeat the process a few times, and finally went to check out. YAY!

Wait a sec, I have all the items I tried to add but though failed in my list, but I went ahead to pay without caring how many was there. I had three of the YSL and four Prada in my list. CLick pay and nothing happened.

REFRESH again and occasionally pops out the note saying I have no items. Tried to remove all the items except for one, didn't work. The freaking website does not work! ARGH!

It was majorly frustrating. Worst than doing my final assignments. God. How can the website be so dumb. If you can't handle this much users, limit it. Find a solution like

1. Limit the amount of RSVPs for the event

2. Upgrade your website's server

Now they closed the website to "FIGURE" out the problem. Apparently not much was sold and they will resume the event again! GOD! These people. Getting our hopes up and drop us into the pits of hell. Feel like crying now. Bwah!!!!

Anyway, I will still try when it's back on. Seriously, who can turn off such a deal, if you get it that is.
Just a shoutout to relieve my grief and anger.

Ciao people!

Stop Sexualising!

Seriously, people these days are too much sometimes. Sexualising is something I think means  making something completely normal into something out of its context. Example, the recent news on Victoria Buckley.

Basically this Sydney jeweler came up with some images in Facebook showing a nude doll (picture above) with her designs and Facebook banned those pictures from their site, saying that it is "SEXUAL". What the heck? It's just a doll, how can it be sexual? If you don't think of it and tell people you think it's sexual, the question wouldn't even appear.

The doll was meant to be an inspiration to the designer and just a decoration. What's so sexual about that?

I recently studied this topic in my university course and there are more things in this twisted world being sexualised. A mother breastfeeding a child was deemed sexual and explicit by some "GENIUS". What's wrong with breastfeeding, it is something natural and happens to most people in the world. Why do people say it's offensive? Don't your mom breastfeed you?

I know I sound mean but that's the fact. The society now are making everything seem sexual. People who think things like dolls and breastfeeding as sexually offensive are the sick ones. They are the ones with the twisted minds thinking of the weird.

What's your opinion? Check this original news piece here.

Must Learn Life Lessons!

My friend sent me this email earlier today and it speaks of the truth. One of the best life lessons to everyone out there especially youngsters. It supposed was from a speech by Bil Gates in a high school. Am not sure whether this is a real thing or not but the content speaks truth to me.

Eleven things that you did or will not learn in school. It talks about how feel-good, politically correct teachings created a generation of kids with no concept of reality and how this concept set them up for failure in the real world.

Rule 1 : Life is not fair - get used to it!

Rule 2 : The world doesn't care about your self-esteem. The world will expect you to accomplish something BEFORE you feel    good about yourself.

Rule 3 : You will NOT make $60,000 a year right out of high school. You won't be a vice-president with a car phone until you earn both.

Rule 4 : If you think your teacher is tough, wait till you get a boss.

Rule 5 : Flipping burgers is not beneath your dignity. Your grandparents had a different word for burger flipping: they called it opportunity.

Rule 6 : If you mess up, it's not your parents' fault, so don't whine about your mistakes; learn from them.

 Rule 7 :
Before you were born, your parents weren't as boring as they are now.. They got that way from paying your bills, cleaning your clothes and listening to you talk about how ‘cool’ you thought you were. So before you save the rain forest from the parasites of your parent's generation, try delousing the closet in your own room.

Rule 8 : Your school may have done away with winners and losers, but life HAS NOT. In some schools, they have abolished failing grades and they'll give you as MANY TIMES as you want to get the right answer. This doesn't bear the slightest resemblance to ANYTHING in real life.

 Rule 9 :
Life is not divided into semesters. You don't get summers off and very few employers are interested in helping you FIND YOURSELF. Do that on your own time.

 Rule 10 :
Television is NOT real life. In real life, people actually have to leave the coffee shop and go to jobs.

 Rule 11 :
Be nice to nerds. Chances are you'll end up working for one.

What do you think? Enlightening or degrading?

Ciao.

Fantasy came true!

I totally forgot about this until today. All the fashion, university and friends had put me in turbo mode for the last whole year. It was a 'fantasy come true' that I had waited since high school and finally it had!!!

What am I talking about? Of course the new Harry Potter theme park in Orlando which was officially opened on June 16 - which is like two weeks ago. Am so excited now that I can't sit tight. The theme park named, "The Wizarding World of Harry Potter" is the exact duplicate of what you have read in the books and seen in the movies. Every single detail is an exact replica. From Honey Dukes, Hogwarts Castle, Zonko's and Ollivander's Wand. It's all there.

They have the moving canvases (Fat Lady, Bloody Baron, Headless Nick etc), chocolate frogs (in the exact packaging), acid pops, wands (two dozen different design!), and the all famous BUTTER BEER. Not to worry, no license needed for that. It's a mixture or cookies, chocolate and butterscotch in a root beer appearance.

And the rides are amzaing!!! Dragon Challenge where you can choose which to ride, Hungarian Horntail or Chinese Fireball!

Oh, how I would give anything to go there right now! New York was my top priority but now this! This is it. My dream since I first read the Harry Potter series. I have to go there like right now!

I have to stop day dreaming but I am sure one day I will be able to go there. Doesn't matter if I'm still 21 or 30. I would still go and be a kid again!!!!

Less talk and watch these videos. It is so awesome!!!

Another 100 year old Heritage Gone!

Before reading, note this has racism issues in it. Well, just a tad bit?

Just ran through Facebook and saw this video my friend posted up. Basically it's the PUDU Jail in Malaysia, just right next to Berjaya Times Square. Those who visited Malaysia before, you have probably seen it when you take the Monorail from City Central station to Imbi or Bukit Bintang (Shopping District). It's the building you see with paintings covered in the outer walls - painted by the prisoners then.

I'm seriously gonna miss looking at it when I take the Monorail next time. It's kinda nice to see all the paintings along the walls. An ancient feeling, I'd say.

A brief intro to this place, it's a 100 year old jail built during the British colonial government back in the days. It's a place to imprison men or women for short sentences and served as the only jail in Selangor State in its early days. During the Japanese occupation, it imprisoned a lot of English, Australian and New Zealand prisoners. Not the point!

Basically what our "BELOVED" government says it that it's not something they are proud of. But seriously? It's not easy to keep a building for more than a 100 years. Where in Malaysia you can find anymore? I know there are some left but why make it lessen?

History is history! There's good, there's bad but you have to accept it. Destroying it does not make it any better. People will still remember. So? What do you want to do next? Build another shopping complex? Is there not enough in the area. Sungai Wang Plaza, Times Square, Pavillion, Starhill etc.

Seriously, why the hell do you do that? If you really haveextra money to spare to destroy the place. I'm sure there's more use to it. Hospitals, Scholarships for non-Bumiputra?

Then again, we Malaysians know partly why. Not gonna say it here. It's something that rhymes with coffee and extra expenses. Starbucks anyone?

Bah, that's one of the reasons I would love to stay in Australia. And here's another video that made me dislike Malaysia more and more.

Just makes my blood boil! God, this people! Seriously. We pay taxes too! Not just you.

Socceroos Assemble!

This is like a out of date post for me. As you all know and might be religiously following, FIFA is back. Old news, I know. I, myself am not much of a soccer fan but it is still exciting, though I only watch the final games - Top 8 maybe? But I have been keeping in touch with t since my housemates are crazy about it.

I don't really have a team I support. I chose those countries which I 'd like to visit which is US (Mainly New York), England, Italy and France. All of them are strong teams, I think. Not bad for a noob's choice. So the big news in Oz now is that Oz lost 4-0 to Germany. That's right, it's been a sad week for Aussie fans. But, oh well, it's still early to tell whether there's no more hope.

Since I'm in Australia, of course I support the socceroos too. Oh, socceroos is the aussie term for soccer because we have AFL, NRL and all. And here's to the main thing, FIFA theme songs. Amazing songs by K'naan feat. David Bisbal and Shakira. Something to cheer Aussie fans up and for others to enjoy. I can't get it out of my head.

Who's for September? (Iman vs Halle Berry)

A red hot talk had been around town for the past few days. Rumor has it that Halle Berry will be the September Girl. no, not playboy. It's Vogue. So people had been talking about it in Fashionista.com, me included. It is said to be the first African American woman to grace the September issue since Naomi Campbell in 1989.

I personally think Iman would make a better cover feature for September. She just won the Fashion Icon Award from CFDA and if a African American woman is to be on cover, she should.

Most people think Halle is not relevant to the most important issue for Vogue. September is the fashion issue. Halle Berry does have style but recently she had been quite irrelevant. Nothing much was on her now, no news or gossip. What is there to talk about her?

Then again if she is to be the cover, Vogue might have something to share. So let's just wait for another two more months to see who's on Vogue. But I'm for Iman all the way!

He Who Embraces iPad?

iPad is on a huge hype now. Everyone wants one, though most does not know why. I, personally find no point of getting an iPad. For a student, there's not much of use to it. Why?

1. A over sized iPod touch with higher specs.
2. A minimized Macbook with lower specs.
3. Limitation in internet just like a laptop, unless you have 3G but expensive
4. Always need a weekend bag or tote to put it in, like a laptop.

So there you go, my reasons of not buying it. A student like moi, do not need it. If I want portable internet, there's my trusty Nokia E71. I want more of it, use a laptop? Duh.

Reason 1 and 2 is the main one, for me it's the same. Haha.

At the end of the day, I found a point of buying the pad. For fashion bloggers, they have use of it, especially when they are on a runway show and needs to blog immediately. That's a plus, for them. If I can go to runway shows, I would get one but I still think the charge would be too expensive for a jobless student.

But one thing's for sure, I would definitely get one of those iPad covers from Oscar De La Renta, if I have an iPad. Very chic and fab! It's coming out even before the Resort 2011 collection. If you want it, go to Oscar De La Renta.

That's my two cents. Ciao.

Manga-spiration?

Here's a thought, designers always used reference from the past, present and what they think the future would be. Marc Jacobs love to reference works from the 40s to 80s. Other designers like it too. They reference everything from film influence, foreign cultures and techniques, mythical beings, objects (birdcage, anyone?), and more.

So I thought why not manga? As those who know me, I have a larger than life obsession towards manga or what the westerners call comic. Japanese comics to be exact. So I've been thinking, why not reference manga? I've seen plenty of chic wearable designs in manga. Maybe they are worthy of reference. Who knows?

Take "Paradise Kiss" by Ai Yazawa as an example. They have plenty of good stuff. Then again it's a manga that mixes love stories and fashion design together. They are bound to be good works. The image above is an example. An elegant blue gown, embroidered with beads and crystals, braided and blue roses were sewn to it. A very haute couture piece.

Or maybe a manga that I adore the most, "Mahou Negima Sensei!. they have good designs too. Take a look at the above.

So what do you think? Is manga characters' outfits worthy of reference? Am I talking about some bullsh*t stuff? Comment or rate it. Ciao.

Coffee Break at BBB?

Cappucino by BBB

So finally I am posting something other than fashion into my humble abode. But I seriously have to share this with you. So the other day, me and my housemates, Adrian and Gaya went for a stroll in the city and we decided to go to this cafe that Adrian was raving about. Actually I went there before once but I didn't have a camera with me and I forgot to post it. Anyway the place is a small cozy cafe at Little Bourke St, between Elizabeth and Queen St. (359 Little Bourke Street) - Brother Baba Budan.

So this place is very unique. You see, they make their own blend of coffees and it's different everyday. So you might get to taste different coffees, each time you go there. The cafe is quite small. There's one huge table that can seat 8 customers and a counter table that seats 4 to 6 customers. And that's why it's always packed with people having takeaways. Oh and they have homemade pastries!

The best thing about that place is VINTAGE! Seriously, their wallpapers are just crumbled and worn out papers of words and pictures. It's as if it's from a textbook. And the main thing,  they have chairs hanging on the ceiling. Yeah, you heard me! CHAIRS! It's makes it looked weird but in a good way. A McQueen way?

So anyway go try it out if you're in Melbourne. Seriously worth the trip. It's really late now and I have yet to sleep. A coffee sounds great for me. Mmmm...

Ciao. Nights!

Another Late Night with Calvin & Show Studio

Time for another last night post before I sleep. One of the things that kept me awake tonight (it's 3 am) is Show Studio. For some reason, I forgot how I ended up in that website. It's a fashion blog/website that has projects featuring numbers of celebrities including designers. Well, the one who caught me in the net was Lady Gaga when she did an interview with Alexander Fury.

Check the site: Showstudio

Basically the questions are from all around the world, from John Galliano, Gareth Pugh, Quetin Tarantino to Edison Chen (Ugh). It was rather fun and interesting to watch. I'll talk less and put the video here for you people to watch.

(am not sure whether the link would change or not, Just find archive if it doesn't work. Sorry)

Another two videos in there that caught me were the new ad for Alexander McQueen's Puma and the full show for McQueen's "Plato's Atlantis" collection and a personal interview with the man himself. And again just watch it.

Alexander McQueen - Plato's Atlantis from SHOWstudio on Vimeo.

RAW POWER! (Click to watch since I can't embed it)

What's a post without a bit of fashion digest for the day. First off, we have CFDA Awards coming in 6 days. I would so trade anything to attend that awards night. it's gonna be major! But I'm a nobody now. Swear to god, that one day I'm gonna be on the list!
So, the council just released a bit of preview for viewers to get a taste of the awards. The council released some pictures that they shot of the designers nominated for the awards - that will be in a journal for the awards. It was quite an intimate shoot where all designers and their muses/aesthetics. A few was shown including Marc Jacobs, Alexander Wang and Donna Karan. Somebody get me the damn book! I want it!

 Marc Jacobs
Nominated for:
Womenswear Designer of the Year
Accessory Designer of the Year

 Alexander Wang
Nominated for:
Womenswear Designer of the Year
Swarovski Award for Accessory Design

 Donna Karan
Nominated for:
Womenswear Designer of the Year

_____________________________

That's all the digest for to night, nothing much but enough for the day - I figured. Nah, I'm just being lazy. Another a sneak peek to what I have been up to. I have always wanted to brush up my illustration skills for fashion but of course, I procrastinated as always. So I did something simple out to try out.

It's just something lame. Am trying to get the anatomy correct before I go for the design part. What do you think? For an amateur, is it bad??? I have more but this is the one I colored for the first time, so I decide to post it up. Don't laugh ><

Anyway Ciao for the night.

888 count!

Nothing much, just that I had reached 888 visitor count. Not that it's anything to be proud of. Since last year, there is only 888 visitors, which is quite sad but being a Chinese, superstition with the number 8 is inevitable. So Happy 888! Maybe something lucky will happen tomorrow? Ciao.

Another post will be up soon. Stay tuned.

Tommy Hilfiger - Getting it!

As some might know but most don't, I recently got an interview at Tommy Hilfiger's store at Melbourne Central. It was a casual staff opening and I went to inquire. Turned out they are hiring staff that can speak Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin). Apparently at Tommy, demographics are mostly Asian, well mostly Chinese.

So we talked and I got booked for a face to face on Tuesday which is today. I thought it went rather well. They seemed pleased of me and my criteria. Seemed happy enough with my answers to their question. Or maybe, I am in-denial. God! I hope not!

I was rather nervous the day before. I read in the Teen Vogue Handbook (a reading I got for fashion careers guide), when you go for an interview for anything fashion related, do not dress the typical suit attire. Go for something that tells them you are passionate in fashion and your personality as well.

So I went with a Cotton On ocean blue shirt with a Navy blue sweater from FCUK. Paired with G2K pants and my beloved McQueen Puma shoes. Not too formal but I think still tells them I'm serious about this job. Quite the preppy look.

When I reach the store, I was relieved to see the 2IC is dressed in similar style. I know, I know. I should have paid attention to what they wear when I first inquire rather than freaking out about it. But thank god for that!

So, people! Pray hard for me to get the job. They said they'll call me by the end of the week to inform me. So fingers crossed! Well cross everything! Legs, eyes, ears, mouth, whatever.

Ciao. Just ranted it out for some relieve and share updates as some of you suggested. Still, suggest more about what I can write here! Anyone?

A New Haunting Experience

 Created by: Galdebar (Deviantart)

Okay, tonight I experienced something that was in doubt for me for as long as I can remember. Supernatural and spirit talks are all but a myth to me. Sure, stories were being told by many of my peers of their supernatural encounter and I somehow found it fascinating. Well, I'm always a sucker for mythical, fantasy and supernatural things. So tonight my doubts became truth as I witness something out of the ordinary. Something that was so hard to believe but yet inside my head, I believed it.

It was a random day hanging out and about when my friend, K (he prefers to remain anonymous) got a call from his friend which happened to be one of my acquaintances too. His friend, A told him to get over to the hospital as his girlfriend, Y was admitted to the emergency.

You see, K was always known by his peeps as someone in touch and knowledgeable of the supernatural. He knows and sees things, mortals like us can't. At first we thought it was just sudden panic. Never did came across as one of 'those' incidents.
